Minor Faults

If your fault is a minor fault typically affecting only a few people; you can log your fault through our online faults desk.  Your call will be raised and allocated to 1 of our support engineers.  You need to be a contracted customer and have a valid username and pasaword which you should have received in your welcome pack.log your fault here.
